🚨 SCAM ALERT - No Tax - 🚨

Recently, a scam has been circulating around via email where the scammer is pretending to be the DVLA or .Gov. This email looks genuine at a first glance, stating that your road tax has not been paid and will include the usual scam link to send them the money. These scammers use the same template as the DVLA in an attempt to trick the person reading the email and will have an email address that is very similar to that of the DVLA.

What to do if you're not sure? 🤔 
-Do NOT click on the link, instead go to the official .Gov website on your browser. There, you can securely search your registration on their system and it will tell you if you are taxed or not.

-Check the email address of the sender, Scammers will often try to replicate the email of the legitimate agency as closely as they can to try and trick the public. Look for basic spelling mistakes, grammar and swapped letters in the email address. Some of the most common letters to look out for are the M's and the N's, as at a quick glance they are very similar.
